Refund policy

14-day return policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at contact@oldgamecompany.com to receive a return approval and the return address. Items sent back to us without an approved return will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs
You are responsible for the cost of returning your item to us. The exception is when the item arrives defective or you received the wrong item — in those cases we cover the return shipping and will provide instructions on how to send the item back free of charge.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at contact@oldgamecompany.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions about whether your specific item can be returned.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day right of withdrawal
Notwithstanding the above, if your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without giving a justification. The item must be unused and in its original packaging, and you'll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 days of us receiving the returned item. Please remember it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
