Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Times: We ship internationally. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Spain: 7–15 business days
  • Rest of EU: 10–20 business days
  • United States: 10–20 business days
  • United Kingdom: 10–18 business days

Please note these are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.

Customs & Import Duties: For orders within the EU, no additional customs duties apply. All applicable taxes are included at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages: If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at contact@oldgamecompany.com, and we will investigate with the carrier.

Customs & Import Duties

European Union: All orders shipped within the EU are fulfilled from our supplier and may be subject to customs clearance. For orders under €150, no import duties apply under EU de minimis rules. All applicable VAT is included in the price at checkout.

United Kingdom: For orders with a value of £135 or under, no import duties are charged — your checkout price is the final price. For orders over £135, UK customs may charge import duties upon delivery, which are the customer's responsibility. We recommend keeping orders under £135 to avoid any unexpected fees.

United States: For orders valued at $800 or less, no import duties or customs fees apply under the US de minimis threshold. Most of our products fall well within this limit. For orders exceeding $800, US customs may assess duties payable by the customer upon delivery.

General Customs processing may cause additional delays beyond our estimated delivery times. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities. If you have questions about duties or taxes in your country, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order.
