1. General: These Terms of Service govern your use of oldgamecompany.com and any purchases made through our store. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

3. Products: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may slightly differ from the actual product.

4. Pricing & Payment: All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable VAT. We accept payment via credit card and PayPal. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

5. Orders & Contract Formation: An order placed on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email.

6. Shipping & Delivery: Orders are shipped according to our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers): If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU. To exercise this right, notify us before the 14-day period expires. You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us. We will refund the full order amount, including standard shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return. Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the item is defective or incorrect.

8. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal: The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Sealed goods that have been opened and are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Digital content that has been accessed or downloaded

9. Defective or Incorrect Items If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

10. Liability To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

11. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Badalona, Spain.

12. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
